Which locker size do I need?
- Small: 1 borsa + 1 zaino piccolo.
- Medium: 1 trolley cabina (o trolley + zaino piccolo).
- Large: 1 valigia grande (o 2 trolley cabina).
Not sure? Choose Medium: it’s the most common size.
How does it work?
- Choose size and duration.
- Complete the booking online.
- Follow the instructions to drop off and pick up.
Can I extend the time?
Yes. If you need more time, make a new booking for extra hours and keep the confirmation.
What if I arrive late?
If you expect delays, choose a longer duration or extend online.
Is it safe?
The service is designed to be simple and reliable. If you have any issues, contact us on WhatsApp.
What can’t I store?
Do not store illegal or dangerous items. In general, avoid:
- weapons, explosives, flammable substances
- toxic or hazardous materials
- perishable food that may leak or smell
- high-value items (jewelry, cash, important documents)
If you’re unsure about an item, message us on WhatsApp first.
Can I store my passport or documents?
Not recommended. Keep important documents with you.
Can I store multiple bags in one locker?
Yes, if they physically fit. See examples on “Prices” and “How it works”.
Do I need an app?
No. You only need your phone to book and follow the instructions.
I have a problem on site: what should I do?
The fastest way is WhatsApp. Send: name, time, locker size, and a description of the issue.
